The exoskeleton ofOperaIt is made of 316L stainless steel, however it is the aesthetics that gives it a soul. Born from the suggestion of aProfessionalwho dedicated his life to this world, Kala Nea pays homage to him by letting him design a timeless watch.

THE DIAL:“Liberty Style”

Art Nouveau, or Liberty Style, was a movement that developed between the late 19th century and the first decade of the 20th century with the aim of breaking with tradition and proposing a totally new art form that would stand up to industrialization, extolling a return to the pure, dynamic, and vital force of nature.

In Italy it is also known as the floral movement and it is an unmistakable style, like that of each and every one of us!

This prompted Kala Nea to createOpera, a hand-wound classic that embodies Italian craftsmanship, the strength of its uniqueness, and the desire to leave an indelible mark.

THE MOVEMENT:“Landeron Swiss Made”

The L376 caliber is a large, hand-wound mechanical movement with a small seconds dial at 6 o'clock, manufactured by Landeron Swiss Movements GmbH in Switzerland.

Its architecture is inspired by the tradition of the Unitas calibres, reinterpreted in a modern key, with bridges finely decorated with Côtes de Genève.

Landeron has historical origins dating back to the 19th century, and after a long evolution, it has established itself in recent years as an independent manufacturer specialising in the production of
high-quality mechanical movements, designed and made in Switzerland.

The L376 caliber represents the balance between robustness, elegance and the possibility of aesthetic customization, with finishes and components adaptable to the customer's project.

Kala Nea chose this movement to give heart and soul to its first timepiece, with the certainty of offering a product that combines technical reliability and authentic Swiss Made spirit.

THE STRAP:“Strictly Made in Italy”

The watch is completed by a black fine leather strap, entirely made in Italy. The choice of high-quality materials and Italian craftsmanship ensure comfort, durability, and refined style. The deployment clasp features a hand-engraved Kala Nea logo.
