Product on demand

Kala Nea watches are made to order, according to a production slot reserved for each customer. For this reason, according to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made or clearly personalised products.

Exceptions - Damaged or non-conforming product

If the product received has manufacturing defects or transport damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, enclosing:

  • The order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Detailed photos of the product and packaging

We will check and, if the defect is confirmed, we will propose a replacement, repair or refund, as appropriate.

Return policy

In case of return authorisation:

  • We will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed
  • We will only pay the return shipping costs in case of a defective product or an error on our part
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition

Refund times

If a refund is due, this will be made using the same payment method as the original order, within 14 working days of receipt of the returned product or confirmation of the problem.
