Note:For pre-orders, prepayment is required to reserve the production slot. The order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Shipment

We ship to Italy, Europe and many non-EU countries via selected express couriers (e.g. DHL, UPS or FedEx), with tracked service and dedicated protective packaging.

• Free shipping to Italy
• Europe: shipping calculated at checkout
• Extra-EU: any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Each watch is packed with the utmost care, in exclusive, durable packaging. The tracking number will be sent by email upon dispatch.

Shipping times

Shipping times depend on the state of production:

• If the product is already in stock: shipping in 2-5 working days
• If pre-ordered: estimated time will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or by email later

Once shipped, delivery is generally within:

• 1-2 working days in Italy
• 2-6 working days in Europe
• 3-10 working days in the rest of the world
