Note: For pre-orders, advance payment is required to reserve a production slot. The order is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Shipping

We ship to Italy, Europe, and many non-EU countries using selected express couriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, or FedEx), with tracked service and dedicated protective packaging.

  • Free shipping within Italy

  • Europe: shipping cost calculated at checkout

  • Non-EU countries: any customs duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility

Each watch is packaged with the utmost care, in exclusive and durable packaging. The tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the production status:

  • If the product is already available: shipment within 2–5 business days

  • If on pre-order: the estimated time will be communicated at checkout or later by email

Once shipped, delivery generally takes:

  • 1–2 business days within Italy

  • 2–6 business days within Europe

  • 3–10 business days worldwide
