Each Kala Nea watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. The guarantee runs from the date of delivery and covers

• Malfunctions in the mechanical movement not caused by shock or tampering
• Structural defects in materials (case, glass, strap) not resulting from improper use
• Malfunctions in the power reserve or in the accuracy, if not compliant with the expected standards

Certifications and Authenticity

Each Kala Nea timepiece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The Certificate includes a unique serial number, essential for:

• The official product warranty

• The traceability of the watch

The Certificate also confirms that the engraving on the dial has been:

• Entirely handcrafted

• Executed in Italy using traditional artisanal techniques

The serial number ensures the full originality and uniqueness of every piece produced.

Each watch is individually inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our technical and aesthetic standards.

Out-of-Warranty Service

Even beyond the warranty period, we offer on-demand service for maintenance, overhaul or parts replacement. Our dedicated workshop uses only original parts.
